How long does it take to get a title deed?
The Deeds Office usually takes 2 — 3 weeks to process the title deed.
However, this can fluctuate depending on the process. If things go smoothly it may be done in 7 — 8 working days, but if there is a bottleneck it can take as long as two months.
In the case where the title deed is held by the lender or bank, photocopies of the deed can be requested at any time. Simply visit the information desk at your local Deeds Office.
