How long does FLISP application take?

Bear in mind that you no longer require home loan approval before applying for FLISP. You can now use other sources of funding to apply, such as an unsecured loan.

Then you submit the FLISP application form along with necessary documentation. From the moment you submit, the application process is expected to take 7 days.

The NHFC (National Housing Finance Corporation) are required to notify you of the result within 21 days at the most.

During this period of time, the NHFC will assess whether you meet the criteria.
