         What is FLISP?

         FLISP is a non-refundable housing subsidy for first-time home buyers. Speak to an

         What are the Qualifying Criteria for FLISP?


         Should the first-time homebuyer tick all the boxes below and meet all the criteria the
         government can give you a subsidy between  R30K - R130K.


             You earn between R3 501 to R22 000 per month (gross combined household income)

             You are a South African Citizen or have Permanent Residency in South Africa

             You haven’t received a Government housing subsidy before

             You are married or cohabiting

             You haven’t owned fixed residential property before
             You are single with financial dependents
